The use of stainless steel mixers and turbo-emulsifier with heated jacket makes it possible to achieve solutions, emulsions and suspensions at a controlled temperature. The semi-automatic packaging line allows us to create a wide range of different packaging sizes.

PRODUCTION AND PACKAGING OF SOLID-POWDER PRODUCTS FROM 100 to 1000 g and of TABLETS from 0.36 to 1 g

The powder mixtures are achieved with a stainless steel powder mixer. The semi-automatic packaging line allows us to create a wide range of different packaging sizes.
The round tablets, which are precut in the middle, are achieved with a rotational tablet press equipped with a 0.36 to 1 g puncher.

The use of mixers with heated jacket allows us to achieve lipophilic paste, consisting of oils of animal or plant origin, as well as hydrophilic paste (gels). The heated dosage system allows us to prefill the syringes for veterinary usage. The semi-automatic packaging line allows us to create a wide range of different packaging sizes.
